Friday, June 02, 2017

Francesco Totti has been playing as part of AS Roma for 25 years. However, sadly for fans, this Sunday was his final game. He’d been playing since the age of 16 and delivered a record of 786 plays with his club. He also contributed 307 goals which are the second most scored goals in history after Silvio Piola.

Can’t argue that his retirement felt like a kick in the stomach to fans of the Roma club. Luigi Carinci, a 65-year-old fan of AS Roma, shared to nytimes.com that it was a sad day for him. It was also a sad day for many fans in many countries, one of them is Indonesia.
